Found an amazing deal on google for a 5 star hotel (waldorf astoria) for about $300 a night, instead of the normal rate of $600 I am so close to booking it but afraid because i’m seeing mixed reviews about the website super.com Has anyone had success booking a similar hotel through this website. My current opinion is that the reviews mostly complain about the customer. A quick look at their bbb profile seems to indicate they're legit, but i also don't want to be handing over hundreds of dollars to find i've got no booking at all Currently leaning towards booking elsewhere, unless there is evidence that supertravel is worth using. You don't have to tell me not to use something called super.com lol
In my experience fun happy super are the preferred adjectives for chinese knockoff sketchy type shit I am in the process of trying to get a refund from super.com We'll se how that goes But the hotel did say that all the people who showed up with fake reservations from super.com were able to get a refund
